Annette Lindner grew up in Hamburg, Germany. She studied Art History, Pre-history and Anthropology at Uni Munich and then moved to London, England because she adored English children's books.

There she freelanced for art agencies and studied restoration/conservation. She worked for an oil paintings conservation firm in Bond Street and then independently until now and forever.

Annette's watercolours, acrylics, and oils have been exhibited at galleries in Germany, England, France and New York, US.

Writing quirky children's stories in German and inventing unusual characters has always been her passion. Her writing (in German) is now supported by Scripta-Literatur-Agentur in Munich.

She lives and works all over Europe with her American hubby.
